Favorite Thing to Eat at CCRC: The chicken quesadilla.
Best Part of Working at CCRC: I would have to say watching Griffin inspire all of us with his dedication to cooking and the customers.

Do you play tennis? For how long? Did you play at CCRC? Do you or did you play any other sports?: I don’t play tennis, but I have dabbled in the sport ping pong and that I would say am great in. I have played basketball, baseball and golf for most of my life.
Are you still in school? What are you studying?: I am currently getting my MBA.
Most amount of racquets you've strung in a day? I have never worked the Pro Shop so 0.
Most amount of tickets entered in a day? I would say around 40, maybe more I don't keep track of that.
What is it like to work for a family business? It's pretty awesome seeing all the Apted's around.
Weirdest thing that has ever happened to you working here (or been asked to you on the phone): Griffin when he isn't inspired to unleash culinary excellence in the kitchen.
Favorite Member to see walk thru the doors: Mike Peterson. I will always have his double Tito's on ice with a splash of Club Soda ready for him when he walks in.
Tennis Pro or employee you most admire: Griffin due to his love for the culinary arts.
What is something that you want members to know about you that they don't?
I really like sports.
Which would you rather win: Stanley Cup, World Series, World Cup, Rider Cup, Superbowl, NBA Championship,PGA Tour event, etc, Wimbledon, US Open, French Open, Australian Open: I would want to win the world cup.
