Training and Cardio Areas are Open to ALL Members During Scheduled Hours
There is NO use fee for either area to registered users. 
We do require registration before entering the Training and Cardio Area for Everyone's Safety.
You must be over 16 years of age or accompanied by a CCRC trainer.
