CCRC GUEST POLICY

Guest Fees

Daily: $10 per person

Holidays: $15 per person with advanced registration required.

A guest may come to CCRC a total of 3 times per season.​

 

HOW TO HAVE A GUEST AT CCRC!

  • Have a friend!

  • Bring to CCRC!

  • CHECK-IN AT PRO SHOP, PICKLE BAR, OR POOL DESK!

  • Check your guests in by using the tablets stationed at the Pro Shop and Pickle Bar

  • Have the best time of your life!

  • Stay all day!

  • WANT TO HAVE THE BEST GUEST? HAVE THEM SUBMIT THIS FORM BEFORE THEY GET TO CCRC!

ARE THEY A GUEST? YOU DON’T KNOW? WE’LL TELL YOU!

·Ask yourself: "Does this person live with me?"

  • If the answer is NO: That person is a guest! Congratulations you have friends! Please sign them in at the Pro Shop or Pool desk.

  • If the answer is YES: That person is a member, just like you!* And if they live at your house, they're probably related to you. Congratulations! You have a family!

  • *If the answer is YES, but you're an individual member: Then that person is your guest. Yes, that means your husband, wife, parents, in-laws, and/or child is your guest. You can take the guest fee out of their allowance. OR you can ask about joining as a family, it is really easy.

 

COMMONLY ASKED GUEST QUESTIONS:

·Someone is subbing in my game, are they a guest?

  • Ask yourself the above question again, "Do they live with me?"

  • Then apply the same answers! Easy!

  • Please tell your guests to check in to the Pro Shop desk so that we can register them.

·I have a nanny for my kids, do I pay a guest fee every time she brings them to the pool?

OUTDOOR TENNIS COURT GUEST RULES:​

  • Regular non-member guest rules apply. They need to check in at the pro shop desk before taking the court. 

  • A Full Club Member will be charged a guest fee, but not billed the court fee for any guest portion of the court.

  • When a Racquet Member plays on an outdoor tennis court, they are responsible for their portion of the $44 per hour court fee.

POOL GUEST RULES:​

A limited number of pool guests will be admitted per day.

  • Full Club Members* may invite up to 3 people as their guests to the pool per day.

  • If you would like to bring more than 3 people, adults or children, please email proshop@ccrctennis.com to make sure that we can accommodate.

  • Please remember all food and beverage charges must go to your account. 

  • Please email proshop@ccrctennis.com the day before bringing guests, to make sure we have not surpassed our guest limit. 

  • Remember, the best guests sign waivers BEFORE coming to CCRC! Click here!

*Example: As a full club member, I can bring up to 3 people in total as guests to the pool. I cannot bring 3 guests per person on my membership.

INDOOR TENNIS, INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PICKLEBALL GUEST RULES:

  • You may have up to 3 guests per court.

  • Full Club Members will not be charged for court fees in the Summer Season but will pay any guest's portion of the court. 

  • Indoor Members will be charged for the full cost of the court plus any guest's portion of the court.
