In addition to personal training and group and team training, SMTC also offers full service Physical Therapy.  Scott Van Ness and his wife Robbie, the owners, have brought their knowledge and reputation which they have established in their Webster Groves Facility to CCRC.  Adding the physical therapy component to the club’s other services is a huge upgrade and convenience to our members.

The St. Louis Aces have partnered with SMTC for 4 years and have watched their professional staff work with Pete Sampras, Andy Roddick and Martina Hinges with great success.  With SMTC now operating at CCRC, the St. Louis Aces will again partner with them and make CCRC and SMTC their official Training Facility.

SMTC features a full staff of personal trainers as well as an ongoing schedule of group and class programs.

Please mind your manners while working out!  We all have different reasons for working out, whether it's to lose weight, to obtain rock-hard abs, or to stay healthy. Whatever the motivation, for some of us, getting to the gym is an achievement unto itself. So when people there are rude, gross or downright annoying, it can be frustrating because they can distract us from our fitness goals, or worse, can hurt us.  Or sometimes, we might not know it, but we may be the offending club member.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO:

  • Wipe your sweat from exercise equipment.
  • Refrain from cell phone use.
  • Refrain from loud grunting.
  • Replace equipment back in its proper place securely.
